I would like to request an answer as to why Cookout has no Senior rates or frequent visit cards or even gift cards. My wife buys 2 teas a day at Cookout on Western Blvd. in Raleigh every day and has been for the last 10 years. Yes, every day spending around $3 per day. That is a lot of money over time. She loves the fresh tea and especially the pellet ice. There have never been discounts on tea or freebies. Is there a way to reward these kind of customers?

Thanks for your attention to this concern and hopefully you can implement something from this concern.

The food is already cheap as it is.. and the tea is good, it’s Lipton.

If you don’t have money to buy it somewhere then make it at home for cheaper! Don’t complain about stupid ***
