The 8th of July will be the first day that I was employed at the Powell location at 9 dollars an hour. From that day on I was harassed by the men managers as well as employees everyday.

My checks also only reflected $8 per hour and I wasn't being paid for my hours. In return spoke to the district General assistant managers numerous times about the harassment and my paycheck which they had in return promised me several times that they would take care of it which never did happen until the very last check that I just picked up which would be from the 29th on. I have paycheck stubs for proof I also refuse to work with the gentleman manager of Powell named Johnathan because he was biased and sexist very cruel to me every time I was worked which then became every night too close I was the only woman closing every single night I was harassed it was unjust and many of the tasks that I had to accomplish also because I am disabled in one hand was made fun of and ridiculed absolutely nothing was done by any of the employment or any of the office staff. Finally 4weeks after constant complaints my District Manager Tauny one evening she wanted tosend me to different store to be trained in which I still hadn't been at my store,I hesitantly agreed but also stressing the difficulty I would have trying to get so far out due to no license and being a single mother. But i went that evening and that manager was supposed to schedule me in for the rest of week and i spent the next full week with no store and no hours.

My store in Powell refused to let me work and so i again complained to managers and main office but no help.

Then on top of that my checks were still wrong and i told main office again but no help. I never returned back to work for cook out.Only the last check ive received out of 5 have been corrected, but im still owed back from first check..

Don't tell us, tell a lawyer. If even 1/2 of your allegations are accurate, they'll have to defend themselves at a cost greater than the amount they stiffed you. But don't go whining about sexist treatment if you can't prove it.
